Mr. Tetsuo Takahashi was appointed as a Petro Rabigh Non-Executive Board Member effective April 1, 2024.

Mr. Takahashi's journey within the industry spans over decades, reflecting his profound expertise and dedication to the petrochemical sector.

In 2023, he took on the role as Executive Officer of General Manager of the Planning & Coordination Office within the Essential Chemicals & Plastics Sector, Basic Materials Division, and Industrial Chemicals Division. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, he served as General Manager of the Planning & Coordination Office in the Petrochemicals & Plastics Sector.

During the years 2014 to 2018, Mr. Takahashi made significant contributions while on loan to Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company, initially as Manager of the Corporate Planning Department (2014-2016) and later as Senior Advisor in Finance and Accounting (2017-2018).

His career also includes managerial roles such as Manager of the Planning & Coordination Office in the Petrochemicals & Plastics Sector from 2012 to 2014, and various assignments spanning from on-loan engagements to deputy managerial positions within Sumitomo Chemical and Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company.

Mr. Takahashi earned his Bachelor in Economics from Doshisha University in 1991.
